Venison Marinade

For those of us here in good old Arizona, hunting season is right around the corner. This marinade has been tweaked so many times that we now believe it is completely perfect. Tastes so amazing grilled. Pair it with some corn casserole and a veggie and you have a mighty tasty meal.

The perfect marinade for venison or even beef

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs venison (any part you have cut into steaks works great)
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

1

Whisk all ingredients besides the meat in a bowl. Put meat in a large ziplock baggie and add mixture. Put in refrigerator.

2

Allow the meat to marinate at least 2 days but the longer it marinates the better the flavor will soak in.

3

Mix it up a couple of times each day.
