This is an easy side dish to throw together. You can add whatever spices you prefer.
Seasoned Red Potatoes
An easy and delicious side dish
Ingredients
- 3 cups quartered red potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

On a baking sheet with sides, spread out the potatoes.

Drizzle the olive oil on the potatoes and then add the rest of the spices. Mix well on baking sheet and then spread out all the potatoes.

Place in oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes. Stir potatoes after about 15 minutes.

They are done once they begin to brown and are fork tender.
