These meatballs are simple, easy and yummy. The perfect addition to spaghetti or simply eaten alone.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup panko crumbs or regular breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients just until combined.

Scoop out about 1 1/2 tbsp of meat and form into a ball. Place on lined cooking sheet. Continue with all meat.

Bake for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in the center. Flip meatballs after 10 minutes to ensure equal browning.
