  • 1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter-Melted
  • 4 1/4 Cups Whole Milk-Divided
  • 2 (12.8 oz) Jars of Hershey's Hot Fudge
  • 1 (5.9 oz) Box of Jell-O Chocolate Fudge Pudding
  • 1 (8 oz) Container of Cool Whip-Thawed
  • 1 Package of Oreos (I used Family Size)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of a non stick 13x9 baking pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, cake mix, eggs and 1 1/4 cups milk. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. You are disregarding the normal ingredients on the cake box.

Pour into prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Once done, remove cake and set aside to cool. Cool for 15 minutes.

While cake is cooling, use the rounded end of a wooden spoon and poke holes in the cake. This is going to help the fillings to absorb.

Take 1 1/2 jars of hot fudge and heat in microwave for about 30 seconds to heat and thin out. Once thin enough to pour, carefully take the hot fudge and pour over the cake. Spread evenly. Allow to completely cool.

Once cake is cooled, whisk together box of pudding and 3 cups cold milk for 2 minutes. Spread half of the mixture over the cake.

Put cake and rest of pudding in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to continue setting.

In a gallon sized baggie, take 2 sleeves of the Oreos and crush them into smaller pieces. I used a rolling pin to do this.

When 15 minutes is up, mix the remaining pudding, the container of cool whip and the crushed up Oreos together.

Spread evenly over the top of the cake and top with more crushed Oreos and a drizzle of the remaining hot fudge.

Put back in refrigerator until ready to serve.

This is a decadent dessert and goes well with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
