Ham, Egg & Cheese Bites

We eat a lot of eggs in my household and I am always on the hunt for a new way to make them. These bites are so easy to make and only take 15 minutes to cook. Plus they are low carb which is always a bonus in my book.

  • 6 slices ham (We like Black Forest)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • Salt & Pepper to taste



Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray the inside of 3 muffin holes in a muffin pan with non stick spray.


In each hole, add 2 slices of ham and a little shredded cheese (maybe about a tbsp). Crack one egg into each hole and add a little salt and pepper to your liking.


Place pan in the oven and cook for 15 minutes. That's it!


This recipe makes the eggs fairly runny so if you like your eggs to be firmer then cook them at 350 degrees for 20 minutes instead.
