A sweet and fruity version of the classic rice crispy treat.
Fruity Pebbles Crispy Treats
A spin on the classic Rice Crispy Treat
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 10 oz bag of mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 cups fruity pebbles cereal
- Butter to grease glass dish
Grease a 9 x 13 glass dish with butter. Set aside.
In a large pot on medium heat, add the butter and allow to melt.
Add the entire package of mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Stir in fruity pebbles and press into the glass dish. I like to use a buttered spatula to press.
Allow to rest on the counter for at least an hour before serving.
