Copycat Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato

If you are like me, you spend way too much money on coffee. Don’t get me wrong, a really good cup of coffee on a crisp fall day is one of the best feelings, but what about the times when you could use that extra $5 for something else? That’s where this copycat Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato comes in. My favorite iced drink is a caramel macchiato but it was starting to really put a dent in my pocket so I did some research and now I have a really good recipe that honestly, I prefer over the big name. Plus, you can adapt it to lower the calories or carbs if you are trying to watch those.

    Hello
    This looks yummy
I am so not a chef aor cook aor know anything about substitutions, so my question is this..
Can I substitute almond milk for regular milk in this recipe? Or is there another lactose free substitution that would work better?
    TIA

      Hi!
This is one of my very first copycats that I made and I get so much positive feedback from it. I have tried it with low carb milk as well as plain lactose free milk and it still tastes wonderful. I’ve never tried almond milk but I would think that might give it a slightly different flavor which could still be very good. Please let me know if you try a different type of milk and what you think. Thank you!
