This copycat recipe of Starbucks classic cafe mocha is a wonderful addition to your coffee collection. It’s sweet and comforting and just simply puts a smile on your face.
Copycat Starbucks Cafe Mocha
A perfect copycat of the classic cafe mocha
- 1 shot of espresso or really strong coffee
- 2 tbsp Hershey's chocolate syrup plus some for drizzle
- 1 cup steamed milk (see note how to make this in your microwave)
- Whipped cream
In a large coffee mug, add the 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce.
Add the espresso and mix to combine.
Add the steamed milk and gently stir.
Top with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle.
To make steamed milk in the microwave, put a cup of milk in a jar or container with a secure lid. Make sure the container is large enough for the milk to move around and froth. Secure the lid well and shake for about 30 seconds. Remove lid and put jar in the microwave. Heat for about a minute or so.
