I love hot coffee in the morning but oh boy do I love a good cold brew in the afternoon. I have always made just the traditional recipe for my cold brew but I discovered flavored cold brew and it literally changed everything and the best part is it’s so simple.
Cinnamon Brown Sugar Cold Brew
- I cup of your favorite coffee (I use espresso)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 cups filtered room temp water
In a large glass jar, combine all ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon. Put lid on and leave on counter for 18-24 hours.
When time is up, filter coffee and place in a clean glass jar.
Use in all your favorite cold brew recipes.
