Hash Brown Casserole
Perfect side dish for a family gathering
Ingredients
- 32 oz sour cream
- 6 oz real bacon bits
- 2 (1 oz) packages ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (30-32 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns
- Cheddar cheese for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

In a very large bowl, mix together sour cream, bacon bits, ranch dressing mix and cheddar cheese. Once mixed, add frozen hash browns.

Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Place back in oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
