6 Ingredient Corn Casserole

If you have never had corn casserole then you are sorely missing out. This side dish is so delicious there is never any leftovers when I make it. Even if cornbread isn’t your thing, you’ll still love this!

Super easy side dish the whole family will love

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of corn
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 9 x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into baking dish. Top with cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.
