6 Ingredient Corn Casserole
Super easy side dish the whole family will love
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream of corn
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 9 x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into baking dish. Top with cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned.
